A small Security company established in 1991 is looking for a female Operational Administrator working full time Monday To Friday 07h00 to 17h00
Responsibilities: Monthly scheduling of staff rosters booking staff on duty Planning shifts and staff calculating wages General office management Filing Switchboard Assisting MD with daily running of the office ie: collect post, purchase groceries for office, managing cleaning staff Managing MD diary and appointments Work experience: 3-4 years security knowledge / working in a security company 3-4 years admin experience 3-4 years payroll and Easy Roster experience general knowledge of SOB and PSIRA Essential skills: Drivers Licence computer experience (word, excel, email, google) Easy Roster VIP Faxing Switchboard Education: Matric certificate of attendance for payroll and easy roster certificate of completion for computers Salary: R5,000.00 to R7,000.00 /month Email cv to awugoya@gmail.com If you don't have the above experience DONT APPLY, your CV will be BLOCKED for all future vacancies.
